About Us Rocky's Rescue, Inc. was founded on March 9, 2026 and is an all-volunteer foster based rescue which is dedicated to providing food, shelter and medical treatment (including, but not limited to TNVR: trap, neuter, vaccinate and release) for cats living in community settings. Activities include: Fundraising for food, medical care and shelters. Recruitment of volunteers and fosters to serve as cat colony caretakers and cat fosters Educational outreach to the community to increase awareness and understanding of the unique plight of cats living in community settings Collaboration with cat rescue organizations to help get friendly cats (often abandoned, formerly domesticated pets) off the streets, placing them into loving homes. Our aim is to create a more compassionate and understanding community where each cat is an individual that should live in peace and with dignity for the duration of their lives. Our motto has always been and will continue to be - No Cats Left Behind. Donate Become A Volunteer How We Help Our TNR Approach Our process involves trapping community cats, spay/neuter, vaccinate and other necessary medical care. In some cases, Feral cats are returned their original locations if their safety has been confirmed. Friendly cats are typically rehomed through our adoption and foster programs. Volunteer Now Trapping We conduct humane trapping of stray cats to ensure they receive medical attention and are spayed/neutered, and receive medical attention to stabilize the population. Medical Care During the spay/neuter appointment, a medical exam is conducted including vaccinations, SNAP (FIV/FELV) testing and fecal evaluation to ensure appropriate treatments are completed. Return and Care Once recovered, under veterinarian guidance we return the cats to their original locations where they can live out their lives safely, while continuing to monitor their health and well-being. “Rocky's Rescue has transformed the lives of countless cats.
